Information The personal data collected on this form and any other information directly or indirectly concerning you will be processed and used in compliance with Legislative Decree no.196/2003 ("Personal Data Protection Code"). In accordance with Article 13 of the this code, ATAP S.p.A would like to inform you that the data you have supplied will be processed by electronic tools and methods, for the following purposes: - to answer to your questions -to keep a database of questions, suggestions and most frequent communication It is mandatory to supply Registration Data. Failure to provide even part of the data indicated explicitly required for pursuing these purposes will make it impossible for ATAP S.p.A to answer your questions. The data you have provided will only be made available to ATAP S.p.A employees, who are specifically authorized to process this data, as data processors under ex. Article 30 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03, for the sole purpose of meeting your requirements in a more efficient manner. The data processors are bound to secrecy and privacy, also according to internal regulations. In any case, this data will never be disclosed. You can exercise your rights, at any time, with regard to the Data Controller, under Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, which, for your convenience, is fully reproduced as follows: Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 Article 7 – The right to access personal data and other rights 1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of his/her personal data, even if it has not already been registered, and communication of this data in intelligible form. 2. The Data Subject has the right to be informed of: a) the source of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in the event of processing by electronic means; d) the identification data of the Data Controller, Data Processors and any appointed representatives as per Article 5, paragraph 2; e) the persons or categories of entities to which the personal data may be communicated or to whom it may be disclosed in their capacity as appointed representatives, officials or appointees in the territory of the State. 3. The Data Subject has the right to obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, the integration of this data; b) the deletion, transformation to anonymous form or the freezing of any data that has been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is not required for the purposes for which the data has been collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations indicated as per letters a) and b) have been disclosed, as well as their content, to the entities to whom or which the data has been communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the right that is to be protected. 4. The Data Subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of his/her personal data, even though it is relevant for its collection; b) to the processing of his/her personal data where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials, for direct sales, carrying out market research or commercial communication.
